I started the company in 1993 with just one branch in Ferensway and with three staff, with the express aim of providing a full choice of holidays and destinations at the best possible price.

The business now has three branches and is the largest independent holiday travel chain in East Yorkshire with a turnover of over £6,000,000. We look after over 10,000 passengers a year and we still work to the same ethos of provding choice and value to all our customers. I still work in the business every day and I am not a millionaire as many people think by any stretch of the imagination.

You can speak to me in the office or on the telephone and you can e-mail me if you need any help or assistance and I challenge you to call the owner/director of any of the major high street travel agency's. You can try but you wont succeed as most are dead and the rest don't deal with customers! I try to ensure that all my staff are trained to the highest level in respect of customer service skills and I do my best to keep them fully informed with all the developments of this fast moving business.

After 30+ years in the professsion, starting as YTS with Lunn Poly ( now TUI ) there is not much I do not know about any destination in the World and I always welcome the challenge of beating our competitors when it comes to finding holiday deals. I shall look forward to hearing from you.
